Today began much better than yesterday ended. It began with a smile...a really big smile. Donna was leaving for vacation for the week with a group of friends and requested (24) HeartSong cookies to take with her as a special treat. "Nothing special, just whatever you have" was Donna's request. Nothing special?! I can't do "Nothing Special"! So I individually wrapped (12) Toasted Pecan Chocolate Chip Cookies and (12) White Chocolate Macadamia Nut Cookies, tied them in pink and burgundy ribbons, tucked them into a bushel basket and wrapped it all in bright pink tulle. The result was definitely smile worthy. When I walked through the door, the look on Donna's face told me everything I already knew. "Something Special" is the way to go. I had another wonderful smile to add to my collection.
