Take a nice ripe berry...any kind. Delicious in its own right, but dip it in chocolate and it becomes divine. It is amazing to me how something so simple to make can look so beautiful and taste so good.
Beatriz ordered cookies from me for her party tonight. She was pleasantly surprised when I delivered the cookies this morning with an added bonus platter of chocolate dipped strawberries, blackberries and raspberries.
Tonight I dipped berries for Marks...yes, two Marks. Kenda's husband, Mark made a facebook request for chocolate covered raspberries...stat. I aim to please, so he will be getting a special delivery in the morning. My co-worker, Mark and his son are coming to dinner tomorrow night and I thought a chocolate dipped berry platter would make a nice simple dessert.
A day dipped in chocolate is a very good day!
