My hero, Mary Helen passed away last week and her service is being held today in Orlando. I am in Raleigh and will miss the service. It makes me sad, but I am so thankful I had the time with her a week ago to say goodbye when she could still make me smile. Her sense of humor through the cancer battle is something that will never leave me...it permeates my very soul. I love you Mary Helen.
